BreathWell is operated by an independent developer. This app provides breathing exercises and wellness tracking tools to help you manage stress and improve mental well-being.

**Important:** We do NOT share your personally identifiable information (name, email) with AI providers. Only anonymized wellness data is used for AI generation.

- **Supabase:** Cloud database for account and wellness data
- **Encryption:** All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- **Location:** Servers are located in the United States

## Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share data with:

1. **Service Providers:**
   - Supabase (database hosting)
   - OpenAI (AI report and voice generation)
   - Apple/Google (payment processing through App Store/Play Store)

2. **Legal Requirements:** If required by law or to protect rights and safety

You have the right to:

- **Export** all your data
- **Delete** your account and all associated data
- **Opt-out** of AI features (you can use breathing exercises without AI)

- **Backups:** May remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days

## Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

- Encryption at rest
- Secure authentication (email verification required)
- Regular security updates

However, no method is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and keep your device secure.

## International Users
