BreathWell is operated by an independent developer. This app provides breathing exercises and wellness tracking tools to help you manage stress and improve mental well-being.

AI-Powered Features
BreathWell uses OpenAI's services to generate:
- Personalized wellness reports analyzing your mood patterns
- Voice-guided meditation scripts with text-to-speech
When you use these features, your wellness data is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI may use this data according to their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Important: We do NOT share your personally identifiable information (name, email) with AI providers. Only anonymized wellness data is used for AI generation.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using:
- Supabase: Cloud database for account and wellness data
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Location: Servers are located in the United States
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share data with:
1. Service Providers:
- Supabase (database hosting)
- OpenAI (AI report and voice generation)
- Apple/Google (payment processing through App Store/Play Store)

If required by law or to protect rights and safety

You have the right to:
- Access your data at any time
- Export all your data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt-out of AI features (you can use breathing exercises without AI)

Children's Privacy
BreathWell is NOT intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us.
Data Retention
- Active Accounts: Data stored as long as account is active
- Deleted Accounts: All data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backups: May remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest
- Secure authentication (email verification required)
- Regular security updates
However, no method is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and keep your device secure.
International Users
If you use BreathWell outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and stored in the US. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
